Castlegar's best gym! The only 24 hour option in this town too.
It's the best gym in castlegar but it's really dirty mostly the washrooms, very crammed it would be way better if the the comic room was removed so there could be more space for other machine's and very very bad maintenance not to be harash but half the cardio machine's don't even work I also wish it wasn't 80 to 90F inside the gym everyday it make's it very hard to work out from the heat
Worst gym in town. Dirty and old equipment. Crammed space made even smaller by the owner taking over gym space for his comic book business. Didnt even give me a full refund on my key fob which youll need cause hes never open as hes given up on the gym and doesnt care.
