They mixed up my appointment times twice, now after waiting 3 weeks to see a chiropractor I am choosing a different clinic. I have chronic pain and have just wanted to be on a road to recovery, this clinic has just prolonged this journey.
Great facility with ample parking and friendly service. Very thorough diagnosis and treatment. I've recommended people to them. Will definitely keep going back.

When booking your first appointment you are given a time that cannot be changed. Upon checking in I was told I have no appointment on record. The clerk was insulting. There is a warning sign on the door for the cost of missed appointments, perhaps they should reimburse "customers" for the same.
