Clean. Well priced. Nice complimentary hot breakfast. Cheerful service at front desk and in the cafe. Plain rooms, but tidy. I found the beds quite comfortable. There are fancier hotels nearby, but you'll pay an extra $50 or so.

Was just visiting family staying there. Decent room, clean and cozy. Room was a little bit dark with no ceiling lights.

We stayed here for one night on our way to the 55+ Games. We received a warm welcome and amazing hospitality. The room was exceptionally clean and had lovely little touches to showcase the care taken to make you feel welcome. Lots of parking and easy road access. Breakfast was available for $7.95 and was well worth it. Simi at the front desk and again in the morning serving in the cafe was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Canada's Best Value Inn to anyone looking for a place to stay in Castelgar.
