Very clean. Good Continental breakfast includes Belgium style waffles, and more. Atmosphere is inviting, and cozy. My mother couldn't stop talking about how the oatmeal was so good. I recommend the Fireside, Castlegar without hesitation.
Clean comfortable rooms. Staff efficient and very helpful. Complimentary breakfast was great. Hotel is being renovated inside and out. Owners are very friendly and even dropped us off at airport when our cab didnt show up!
Expedia really goofed up my reservation, thankfully the staff was super accommodating and made sure everything went as planned. They were very nice and understanding. (4 stars because breakfast could be better )
Very good location in center of Castlegar. Breakfast was a very good continental. Hotel was under renovation but that did not impede the stay in any way.
